Hello friends how are you all,I have an obligation that everyone should take a good food serve the country.coming to the point, today i came with a recipe which is simple healthy and yummy(tasty).Mouthwatering dish which can be very useful for diabetes,blood pleasure,thyroid patients.Introducing my all time favourite methi bhaji...
                                                                         
                                                            This can be cooked very quick and can attract foodies.preparation time 20 minutes.The ingredients required for this are:
1.  Tomato      - 3
2.   Methi        - 1(large)
3.   Onion       - 2(small)
4.  Chana Dal -1(tablespoon)
5.  Mustard      -1(tablespoon)
6.  Red mirchi  -3
7. Green chilli  -3
8. Jeera             -1(tablespoon)
9. Fenugreek    -1/2(tablespoon)
10. Oil              -2(tablespoon)
11. Turmeric      -1/4(tablespoon)
12. Ginger         - 1/4th
13. Garlic          -3 to 4
14. Salt              -1(tablespoon)
                                               
       Instruction for preparation:
     1. Heat a heavy bottom pan with oil.Add onions to it  and fry them till they turn to golden                      color. Add ginger garlic paste for a good fragrance.
     2.Then add red chilli, chana dal, fenu greek, mustard and jeera and fry for some time.
    3. Now add some green chilli and turmeric for some good color.
    4. Then add chopped methi leaves and tomato which are chopped very thin.
    5. Now cover it with a lid for 10 minutes.
    6. Now add salt to the recipe and check weather cooked well or not.
    7. Now the  yummy tasty methi bhaji is ready to serve and eat.

                                                          CINNAMON +HONEY=HEALTH
                             
Hello friends,today i just want to share my health experience with you. it helps me during my sick days.almost one month ago i had severe cold which in deep had tuned to sinus. almost 2 weeks i suffered with sinus having symptoms like cold,flu, cough, sneezing,drowsy etc...  I have used doctor prescribed medicines even then it had not controlled to the root. by taking medicine it just gave me relief for few hours.after that i have driven in google about it.
In Ayurveda i have seen a wonderful medicine for it .cinnamon and honey are the most powerful and miraculous foods by mother nature.They are having strong antioxidant,antimicrobial and antibacterial properties,too soothe the cold  just by preparing a tea with cinnamon and honey and for fast relief we can have it for whole day.with these two mixture can prevent diabetes and the consumption of honey does not cause blood glucose to spike dramatically.
     Every morning for a healthy day and for active mind we can have this mixture of cinnamon a teaspoon and honey a teaspoon in a glass of warm water daily.The journal of Diabetes Technology Society 2010 published an article proves that cinnamon oil lowers harmful triglycerides in blood by 30% and bad cholesterol by 27%,which are the main causes of cardiovascular disease.
        Urinary infections can be treated by this cinnamon which has been published by The Iran journal of medical sciences. Arthritis patients can get relief by taking one glass of hot water with this mixture of cinnamon and honey.In recent research at Copenhagen university, the doctors treated their patients with this mixture before breakfast, they found within a week out of 200, 73 patients got relief from their pain.

                                       Honey strengthens immune system and soothes the allergies.main causes of allergies are dust mites,these cause asthma,dermatitis,rhinitis and other issues , as cinnamon is a potent weapon against them.
                                          Finally cinnamon and honey can do wonders for  our oral health.By taking every morning this mixture for few days weight loss is also seen gradually.

                                                    Shy life leads to back end
                                             
                                                   Hello friends,today i entered with a working topic,where many of my friends like me journey a very simple life,and losses many opportunities comes at door step,due to shy.This is a feeling which cannot accepts something which hesitates the inner feeling and makes people possessive,inferior.This makes people weak and stressed.
Its a psychological issue ,but the problem is not as critical .Everyone has some goal or destination to reach.But during travelling many of the hurdles may deviate or make us move back,but its not fair to return where we started. 
When we start to move without any throwback or deviations,the success path is getting ready to surprise you.when the hurdles gets crossed we were achieved to 50% to our destination.keep on moving makes our feelings more stronger and maintains our mental health in a proper manner.Research shows that inferiority is the biggest malfunction in humans. Wake up everyday with good quotes or motivational words,can change a person's mind with good startup. Hurdles make people stonger and adds more strength to their willpower.By welcoming the shy cant move in life but by crossing shy can reach the meaning of one's life.

                                                                     SHIVARATRI
 
Hello friends, shivaratri which is an annual celebration held every year in every luni-solar month of our calendar.Lord shiva, who is almighty celebrated with different names based on regions.In kashmir shivaratri can be called as harratri or phonetically simpler Haerath or Herath by Shiva faithfuls of the Kashmir .Lord shiva who gives his love equally to all of our humans.In Kashmir  MahaShivaratri is celebrated as Hararatri. It is also known as "Bhairavotsva" or the "Bhairava festival" in the Tantric texts of Kashmir. People believe that on this day, Shiva is said to have appeared in the form of Jwalalinga or Linga of flame.
Meditation is the  another way of worshiping god. meditation is a way to get connected to god very closer. Many of us were having very busy schedule everyday,even they will to pray god ,they cant due to lack of time .But meditation is the best way to offer prayers or whatever by heart.one can meditate in a home,temple,hall, hill etc,..in the above picture we can see the quote that every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation,we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.
