Hello everyone , a pleasant morning makes our day active and perfect.Coming to the topic today i want to discuss about a great poet Bammera pothana (1410-1510).A great devotee of lord rama and called as father of goddess saraswati devi. Pothana garu was wellknown for translating bhagavatam from sanskrit to telugu. We were proud to say that belonged to bammera village in jangaon district in telanagana state.bhagavata puranam was first written by  veda vyasa maharshi who is a guru of all the vedas. Vyasa bhagawan wrote  bhagavata puranam in sanskrit . In India everyone places vyasa maharshi as a guru in their hearts.In vishnu shasram there is a sloka :
                    vyasaya vishnu rupaya vyasa rupaya vishnave
                     namo vibrahma nidhayae vasistaya namo namaha
     
    Bammera pothana was a telugu and sanskrit scholar.His Andhra maha bhagavatamu is called as pothana bhagavatamu in telugu. His father kesana and mother lakkamamba. pothana garu is a farmer and a great poet.In early age he wrote Bhogini dhandakam a poem wrote in praise of king sri singa bhoopala, and dedicated to him. secondly he wrote veerabhadhra vijayamu on lord veerabhadhra .First pothana garu is a devotee of lord shiva. There is no difference between lord shiva and lord vishnu as written in this padyam as "chetularanga shivuni pujimadeni noru novvanga hari keerthi salupadeeni dhayanu satyamulonuga thalupadeni kaluganetiki thallula kadupuchetu".As a devotee of lord shiva one early morning during lunar eclipse, pothana garu meditating on the banks of river godavari , lord rama had appeared as a king and asked him to translate bhagavatam from sanskrit to telugu language and dedicate to him.This makes him auspicious and translated sanskrit vyasa bhagawan bhagavatam to andhra maha bhagavatam. The king of Rachakonda named padma nayaka asked potana garu to dedicate andhra maha bhagavatamu to him.The king himself is a poet and wrote rudranavasudhakara, a well known sanskrit drama. Pothana garu regretted his request and said that it is better dedicated to lord rama than to these mortal kings and dedicated to supreme lord rama with great devotion. Karanata samrajyam(vijayanagara empire)  was raiding rachakonda at that time.During his writing when he started first line of verse and stopped as he doesn't know how vaikuntham looks like. so he went to his farming and returned evening and shocked to see  verse complete.
                                             Pothana garu asked his daughter what happened who completed this verse.she replied that afternoon time you have sat and wrote here. Pothana garu understood that lord rama had came and completed the verse.That beautiful poem as pothana garu himself ascribed in the following poem:
                                     Palikedidi bhagavatamata
                                      Palikinchedi vadu ramabhadrundata ne
                                      palikina bahavahara magunata
                                      Palikeda verondu gadha palukaganela
                    After the completion of andhra maha bhagavatamu srinath kavi a poet came to pothana garu and asked about dedication to karanata samrajyam ,at night goddess saraswati devi had cried weather he dedicate to kings.But Pothana garu said to goddesss saraswati devi as a daughter that it will be dedicated to only supreme lord vishnu. An epic bhagavatam is to be done as a subject to the students of present generation as now a days no one knows bammera pothana garu, bhagawan vyasa maharshi .

                                                                 Hello friends i am back with a traditional attire.Today i want to share my experience with my blog viewers .As to be an indian is a great spiritual attire for me.coming to the point nature gifts us many beautiful places which we can live life long by seeing them. In maharastra nashik is a place where spiritual entity has born.gods own country is to be called to kerala ,in addition to it nashik also takes equal priority to it.During rainys  this is a tourist spot to many other state people who come across waterfalls,nature's skill of beauty and by gaining knowledge from temples and their history .Now lets talk about vani which is about 65 kilometers from nashik and located at sahyadri parvatas. from sea level this is about 4800 sq.ft height and she has been self-proclaimed here by the name saptasrungi mata .This temple is located at the middle of the hills and hollow places.People who visists vani cant return to their native places .from rainy season the waterfalls starts and till february, almost equal to hill station .vani which is a sanskrit word defines forest. There is a history behind this mata. Saptasrungi mata has called as shakthi peeth where per day thousands of people takes blessings of mata. Coming to history bhimasur is a monster to kill him markandeya maharshi has done yoga (tapasu).and for his prayers mata has come here with seven shakthi's . 18 varities of ayudhas and 8 feet height located in sindhoor varnam attains spiritual knowledge by taking a look at saptasrungi mata. To reach devi maa...have to go by 475 steps or for every 10 minutes a rope train is available . boarding and lodging facilities also available here.Many food stalls also available for devotees.
